BUSINESS FINANCE - working with internal organizational structure to attend to various finance related needs of the concerned region/structure timely availability of product costing and periodic costing reviews preparation of detailed budgets for the region monitoring the cash flows for frontends/subsidiary companies. preparing monthly mis with analysis of results & identification of areas of improvement with respect to the budget & historical performance assisting the region/business head in financial assessment of new business proposal as well as helping in commercial negotiation when needed keeping an overall watch on the financial health/business unit and identify routinely the threats that are emerging from cost, expense & margin pressures and take up initiatives for improvement monitoring and control of the receivables of the region keeping a watch on governance/compliance issues for the region/business unit
